HELP? GTX 670 SLI intermittent stuttering

Hey guys, i'm receiving an odd bug in several games (Metro Last Light and Sleeping Dogs). It seems that when the mouse is not moving i experience severe stutter, like half the frames are being skipped. However, as soon as i move the mouse it goes away.

This is highly frustrating, especially in Sleeping Dogs as i prefer to play the game with a controller and don't want to have to move the mouse every 30 seconds.

Ive tried turning V-Sync on and off but beyond that i have no idea what to do.

Win 7 Pro x64, 3770k, Asus Maximus V Gene, 8GB Ram, GTX 670 SLI. Latest drivers and updates.

Cheers

I've a feeling it could be some kind of mouse issue. I'm using a Logitech G9x???

There are some Blutooth issues that do the same thing. Try to either uninstall the blutooth driver and update it to a newer one. if you have the blutooth enabled?
