Ok, got my first i7 (930, D0 stepping), and have begun to have fun with it. However, i has a few questions and would like some clarification.

1: What do i do if my CPU VTT voltage is only adjustable as an offset and not a discreet value?

I ask this because this does not clarify what to do in this situation.

I get the following options in my voltage menu (and my set values)
Code:
CPU Vcore (1.35v)
CPU VTT (+0mv, goes up to +750mv which is a nice shade of red. This is only given to me as an offset. What it's offsetting and how high i can take it safely is the question that needs answering.)
CPU PLL Vcore (1.875, as close to 1.88v as i can get it)
DIMM voltage (1.65v)
DIMM DQ Vref ( left at +0mv, no idea what the hell this does)
QPI PLL vcore (1.35v)
IOH Vcore (1.3v)
IOH/ICH I/O voltage (Auto)
ICH Vcore (1.225)
PWM Frequency (1.067MHZ, controls mosfet switching frequency, faster for better OC)

Need some suggestions to these to ensure i get it to 4ghz, or at least pretty damn close. CPU has already been mentioned, board is the EVGA X58 3 way SLI (not the classified or any of those shiny boards)

2: Is my H50 Push/pull enough to keep this beast under control at that speed?

Right now i have a Xigmatek Gaia installed in the i7 and that's what the overclocking will be done on (there's a few reviews out there of the Gaia containing a i7-920 @ 4ghz, barely). Once i have gotten it pseudo-stable, i am going to switch over to the H50 and let that do the work. The fans on the H50 are a pair of Coolermaster Blade Master PWM fans.

Edit:
3: Is there any advantage or disadvantage (stability/performance/both) of running the uncore 1:1 with the cores?
Cause that's how i have it set up now. The core and uncore are both running on the x21 multi and thus 1:1
