Fps issues with powerful PC

all, im gna start with my specs.

CPU: i7 3770k Ivy Bridge
Motherboard: Gigabyte z77x-UP7
RAM: 16GB Kingston HyperX 1333mhz
PSU: 1000W
CPU COOLING: Cooler master something like that + other normal 6 fans.
GPU: GTX670 windforce x2 sli

as u can see my specs are supposedly "beast" but the truth that it sucks for some WEIRD ANNOYING UNKNOWN reason. I tried everything !!!! my fps is soo bad in games i play like Tera,wow,neverwinter,gw2. My freinds i5 with gtx560 single gpu matches and sometimes outperformes my pc like wat the hell is going on. Then i tried to OC my cpu and the links to the 3dmark11 results are below. Please help me and no stupid useless answers plz, i've spent alot on this pc and i want some1 to help with this issue I WILL EVEN PAY U if u want im not even kidding. Waiting for an answer.

Have you updated your Nvidia drivers recently? Could be the culprit, it's happened to me loads of times.

GeoWillWalls, i play on 1920x1080p on ultra setting, in all games i low low fps to like 30 - 40

Sounds like this is the issue, SLI setups are never as simple as single gpu solutions, probably just need the drivers with the newest SLI profiles.

Idk try to run a fluid mark and see if it crashes I have that card and had to rma 3 of them, the yare horrible but are good when the work. Somehting was wrong with physics processing pipes or some ****, idk games would run but anytime physics ocurred crahs and stutter like crazy.

Everytime you update your drivers it disables SLI, check and make sure it's enabled.

my drivers are updated and yes my sli is enabled as well. some people are saying on ther forums that my 1000W isnt enough to run this pc so what do u guys think ?

1000w is more than enough, I have a 910. Heck I even powered SLI 480s on a 750w

Edit: Try playing a game that is known to have good SLI support, it could just be that the games you are playing are not properly optimized for SLI.
