are you monitoring your GPU/CPU temps? are you sure you arent overheating?
After checking for software/driver issues as others are suggesting, I would stress test your CPU/RAM in prime95 and then your GPU's in furmark. See if p95 errors or if artifacting occurs in furmark. If either of those happens, the problem is hardware related. Also, make sure that all of your PSU cables are plugged in correctly.

Additional hardware troubleshooting steps are:
1) Try reseating/fewer sticks of ram
2) Reseat GPU's

But this is probably a software issue. I don't suppose you are running 32bit windows? That would be a possible (albeit silly) cause.

Could be the temperature, drivers, SLI.

Like people have said games aren't exactly suited to SLI. Try taking out one of your 670's then see what FPS you get.

What brand is the power supply?
I would suggest doing a single gpu test on each card to rule them out. Pick a seriously gpu intensive game and do a 15 min game play with everything maxed out with fraps on to record. If each GPU preforms within each other, then it's most likely an SLI driver issue.
After a quick google search I was able to determine that the games being played are known for SLI problems.
MMO's often cater to the "everyone" bunch to get the most subscribers.
Fire up Crysis 3 and tell us what your FPS is, you need to test your rig with what is known to work well with multiple gpus. The fact is, and it sucks, that what you play may not cater to crossfire or SLI. I'm not trying to be mean, but just saying. If both you and I fire up BF3 and get completely different results than we would know that something is horribly wrong, since Bf3 will use multiple gpu setups well. (I don't love BF3, just throwing a popular title out).
