Anyone having problems with vsync?

I have vsync enabled and I am getting 120 fps at times with my GTX 670.. mostly in the 70-80s though with everything maxed except ssaa. I am trying to lock it down to 60 if possible. This is Metro Last light.

If you want to lock it to 60 FPS go to Nvidia control panel, find the Metro profile and set Vsync to "Adaptive Half Refresh Rate". I'm assuming you have a 120hz monitor, otherwise Vsync would already lock it at 60hz.

Turns out msi afterburner seems to be counting double frames. When I run the Metro benchmark the frames are exactly half the number that my afterburner is counting. Weird
