HIS seems to do better with temps and OCING

I went back and forth between both cards. I have owned TF series in the past and liked them, also had 2 good experiences with MSI RMA. The nail in the coffin was a lack of dl-dvi. How you could make such a strong gpu and leave that absent is beyond me.

Never owned a HIS card until now. They always ''looked'' cheap to me. But with all the reviews of OC plus build quality I jumped. It is a fine quality item, you have to hold it to understand. I'm now sold on the ICEQ series and will look more into them in the future.

IT is EXTREMLEY long though. IT just barely fit into my mid tower antec 902. I had to remove a hdd bay to make it work. Buyer beware. I'm moving to full tower when I purchase my second one.

Yeah my HIS 7970 is very long. Probably the longest card on the market. They are good and OC like champs. If only I could say the same for my i5.
