need to replace Rosewill power supply, first time build, please reply ASAP

I only made a Overclock account to start this thread.
I built a PC and it's running fine (i'm typing it on this), but I made a pretty bad mistake selecting a power supply by only basing how "good" it was by the five star reviews on Newegg.
Right now, I'm stuck with a horrible Rosewill Stallion RD500-2SB. After reading more about Rosewill power supplies (Taiwanese Teapo capacitors, low efficiency),checking some threads on badcaps.net about the capacitors in my PSU, and realizing the mistake I had made AFTER the return period had expired I looked up the OEM for the power supply and it's made by either Deer or Solytech.
Is a Seasonic a good replacement?

The Seasonic I want to get:

Seasonic is a good brand. Source: http://www.overclock.net/t/525110/basic-power-supply-buyers-guide

Seasonic is a great brand, but if you are only needing a 500 watt power supply then the odds are what you have is fine as long as you are not taking it to it's limits. Knowing your hardware could shed some light on that aspect.

The Rosewill Capstone 550-M is a good high-end unit and better than that Seasonic S12II Bronze 620w. It's $72 shipped with the promo, so it's cheaper than the SS as well. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182262

What's the specification of your system anyways?

I built it as a light gaming PC.
Specs
Athlon II X3 450 3.2 Ghz
Radeon HD 6570 1GB
4GB 1333 RAM
3 case fans
500 GB WD Blue edition
Keep in mind I'm planning on upgrading my 6570 to a 2GB 7750.

What really worries me, though, are that most of the reviews for the Rosewill are like this:

"Pros: It does exactly what it's supposed to, blue LED and all! Looks really cool and runs cool! It has the extra rail so that's a bonus. It also fit like a glove in my stock HP case! A good buy.

Cons: NONE!

Other Thoughts: This thing is cool! My case doesn't really allow for too much of the blue to show but, I can still notice it in the vents. Unless you need to power your microwave or a GTX690 (or similar) this should be an adequate PSU!"

People write reviews like these just after installing it and half of the eggs it gets are for the blue LEDs.

Pretty much everyone that writes stuff like that have no idea about what they are talking about and know little to nothing about PSU´s or even the PSU they just bought

Ask a Rosewill Capstone owner who the OEM is on the Capstone and i bet most cant answer that

Which is why you trust the pro reviews and not the newegg reviews

Reviews on Newegg are something to avoid when shopping for PSU's as most users will give it 4 or 5 eggs just for turning on, and give it 1 egg for being DOA or exploding from having bought what was a crappy PSU to begin with. That said, newer PSU's from Rosewill such as the Capstones, Green series, and Hive series are quality units and will reliably supply what they're rated for.

Alternatively you could just check out our recommended PSU thread here.

And you only need a 350 watt PSU at most for your system and planned upgrade, although there are more choices in the 400 watt range.

A 7750 actually needs 400 watts minimum, I think
