Very interesting. It seems to me that maybe, just maybe, EVGA is trying to help enthusiast's battle "Green Light" as much as they can.

14+3 Power Phases

Problem is that none of those really help us (the guys who can flash and so on) at all unless you have more voltage which isn't happening.

And fixing a bricked flash is easy. You just need another GPU or you need to do a blind flash.

A bit off topic but, speaking of blind flashing. You can imagine my confusion as to which one was core 1 and which one was core 2 when trying to flash my 690.

In the end, I found out the hard way that the 690 was hardware voltage locked. rolleyes.gif

Are you sure MrTooShort?

Idk, just saying the one poster asked EK himself.

EDIT:

Some evidence that the EK TITAN block will fit a GTX 780:

It will be happening for me if people - (someone like yourself for instance) - are helpful enough to post "how to hard mod your GTX 780" threads.

You know, the kind with 8 x 10 glossy photographs with circles and arrow's and a paragraph on the back of each one explaining what each one is to be used as evidence against us.

Same argument as GTX 670/HD7950 and GTX 680/HD7970. It wiill have the same results. Titan is better, plain and simple.

Thanks MrTOOShort, so many people reported that Titan blocks will fit the GTX 780. I'll get a XSPC Titan Block with a Zotac GTX 780.

I found a deal on the block.
