Anyone have any speculation on when the 760 Ti is coming?

If we use that logic then the Titan wasn't more than $300 more expensive than the 6GB 7970 tongue.gif

Ref card vs. ref card when it comes to price comparisons imo.

ok rolleyes.gif

It was only 50$ more expensive than 580 1.5GB while performing better and having 3GB of VRAM

580 was 40nm, 7970 was 28nm ( reminding you of the obvious )

So to clairfy, stock 780 will only go up to 106% Power target right and 1.212v? i am confused because it says the Power consumption when Oced is 350w from the review of the SC ACX model ""Power consumption rose closer to 350 watts when playing Far Cry 3 with the overclock in place" 350w is more then 6% higher then 250w. Will I be fine overclocking this card without a bios flash? Are the reviews all using the 106% max Power and default max votlage ( 1.212v) for thier OC sections? can someone please clarify before I order

It's performance which matters the most. AMD would do the same if it was 40nm. A few years ago they would price it cheaper, as we agreed, but not today. But they are still not in the position to price it as nVidia do. (have a feeling I am explaining that the earth is not flat here rolleyes.gif )

That sounds like a figure for the power consumption of the entire system.

It's not just performance that matters...

We're on the same page here, NVIDIA is just really far ahead this gen, I mean, they have 2 faster cards than AMD's fastest Single GPU by at least 20% - 35% on the same 28nm process. This lead is much larger than Fermi vs Cayman.

7970 vs 580 comparison matters, because it took AMD a new node, and new architecture to dethrone NVIDIA's previous flagship on 40nm. It's going to take VI for AMD to dethrone Titan, and that's not any time soon unfortunately.

So you think if it still was 40nm (atho it wasn't possible) AMD would price it more than 550?
