I myself bought a GTX 780 and never I will say it is better than the Titan. Max score in Valley with GTX 780 is 76 fps, and max with a Titan is 87 fps.

Thats is a whopping 15% better score..But for a better representation of GTX 780 VS GTX Titan, you might want to test each benchmarks one by one.

78.7 --> 86.9 = 10.4% faster, but hey, who's counting? thumb.gif

Its funny how you were defending the GTX Titan for the last 3 months and now since you bought a GTX 780 you are bashing the Titan. wth.gif

Why do you say I'm trying to justify my purchase? lollll I just said I bought the GTX 780

I say it because it's obvious that's what you're doing judging by how you continually ignore the facts presented to you and logical, simple arguments. Titan was a perfectly valid pricing while it was far ahead of every other competing card, but when you end up paying 54+% more than a card that is ~5% slower if we're generous, that goes into the realm of burning cash just to say you have one in your signature for any buyer today who doesn't need it for 7680 surround or a 4k UHD panel. The Titan had its run... but it's done as a good purchase in today's market.

Cant believe how fast these things are selling out. I got the auto notify from Newegg and EVGA for the SC ACX and they were gone already and I literally just saw my email refresh and the message was there. Are people just sitting at home all day hitting refresh on their computer until they see it?

How many Titans have gone above 83fps in that graph? HINT: ONE. Literally, one. With three months of people trying and submitting their best benches. 86.9 = an anomaly and thus is not statistically meaningful in the slightest.

Both. People know it's an incredible card and the best one to buy today if you're paying with your own cash, so they are keeping programs active to monitor the page and then order theirs as soon as they can. Add in the whole "new release" frenzy, and these things are selling out in minutes as you saw.

There you go again, any time facts are presented, BOOM, personal insult or sarcasm to try to dismiss them as irrelevant to the conversation.

Newegg's auto notify sucks. Try nowinstock instead.

I am one of those refreshers who actually got to order one this time.

I actually went to check stock by accident and saw EVGA had them in stock but went out of stock before I could order. Then I went to check Newegg and actually got an order in.

For some reason on Newegg it was only showing in stock on the page itself and not in the search for about 10 minutes.

These really aren't selling out that fast. It's nowhere near the level of the GTX 680, or even the GTX Titan.
