I need help with my components!

Hello all,

I am having an issue, and for a while. I have been fighting lately with my built computer. Here are my specs:

i7-3770k
Asus ROG Maximus V Formula
2x 660ti
16GB Gskillz
180 GB SSD
500 GB HDD
850 PSU
Windows 7 Professional

Anyways, whenever I try to load into windows, it starts to load and kicks me back to BIOS. Immediately I thought it was a mobo so I got another, same thing mind you, and the issue persisted. My next idea was the PSU, worked for a day, and then it happened again. Ran hardware diags on it and found out that it all my cores failed on my CPU. RMA'd with Intel. Once I got the new one, tested it with Prime and it BSOD'd. Then the loop issue started to happen again. Once again, I RMA'd another CPU, booted fine. After ten minutes I tried to restart and it wouldn't boot back into windows. My question is, any ideas what could be going on? Am I having bad luck with the CPU's or do you think something is frying it? Could it possibly be a bad PSU? I just ordered a new Gigabyte mobo, another CPU coming, and a new Corsair PSU. This just baffled me.

Run Memtest86+. It sounds like you have faulty RAM modules.

RAM would cause the CPU to fry?

RAM would cause a looping failure like that, it might even appear that CPU had failed.

Yes. My first motherboard did have bent pins, but I bought a brand new mobo and RMA'd for a CPU. Booted fine, but BSOD when putting any stress on it. Then it looped again. All pins were fine, not one bent. Ran Pc-Check and 3/4 cores were bad.

Like says @0CALEFACTION0 try passing Memtest86+

The ram memory is one of the most sensitive components in terms of stability of a computer
