Raspberry Pi overclocking!

Thread Starter
Hey guys, my first post here!

I browsed around, noticed there's at least a few fellow Pi owners here.
In the spirit of fun, I decided to overclock/overvolt my Pi, and see how far I could go.

Maximum stable configuration:
CPU: 1100 MHz
GPU: 320 MHz
RAM: 500 MHz
Voltage: Standard + 0.15 (6 in the /boot/config.txt file)

a little benchmark I have is running this command:
dd if=/dev/zero of=800mbfile bs=10485768 count=80
Which produces an 839 MB file composed entirely of zeroes!

Here's some results:

CPU @ 700 MHZ
GPU @ 250 MHZ
RAM @ 250 MHZ

838860800 bytes (839 MB) copied, 94.594 s, 8.9 MB/s

CPU @ 1.0 GHZ
GPU @ 300 MHZ
RAM @ 500 MHZ

838860800 bytes (839 MB) copied, 93.2748 s, 9.0 MB/s

CPU @ 1.1 GHZ
GPU @ 330 MHZ
RAM @ 500 MHZ

838860800 bytes (839 MB) copied, 91.1816 s, 9.0 MB/s

After trying to increase to 1.15 GHz, the Pi failed to boot and I had to revert to a stable configuration.
At present I am poking around for ways to break the 1100MHz barrier.

Fellow Pi-overclockers, what are your best speeds?

I've been messing around with mine for awhile and this is my best so far:

CPU: 1225 MHz
GPU: 550 MHz
RAM: 625 MHz
Voltage: 8

To test for stability I run:
Code:
yes > /dev/null
