sorry i reakon i have about £120/$250 ish in total (approx conversion) in total to spend.

Scan does seem to be the cheapest. Whats the stock cooler like cause i was thinking of getting a better one.

$250 = more like #130

I'd give you two bits of advice:

1. Opty 165 + AC Freezer 64 Pro = on budget
2. 1/2GB Overclocking memory - you can pick up some good 1GB DDR500 for that amount on money; e.g. Team Xtreem BH-5, and then invest in an AC Freezer 64

Both ways you then overclock them to the nuts and back

The Thermalright -SI 120 with a good fan will out perform the Freezer Imo.
