Quick help with audio cable colors

Thread Starter
Im cutting up old speaker PC speaker cable up to assemble a Razer Audio/Mic splitter replica. (Yes I did buy a 4 pole TRRS Socket)
The 3 colors are Green / Blue / Brown.
What are the usual channels for these colors? Eg. Green = GND? Blue = LEFT?
Tried googling but its mostly Red / Black / Yellow

Thanks

There's no standard for internal wiring colors like that. You'll have to use a multimeter or test light and figure it out yourself.
