Help Overclocking Trinity APU and built in Graphics.

So I have posted this before but in a wrong section and as someone suggested a while ago I'm posting this here and now.

My specs are in the sig so everything you need to know about my system is there, basically I would like to OC my APU for more gaming performance, I would like to do both the CPU and iGPU, so if anyone's able to help me and give me a small guide on what to exactly do, that would be great !

You can up the NB speed to 2200Mhz ,GPU to 900/950Mhz and the CPU to 4,2Ghz or more just from the start.
But you will need to adjust voltages and so on ,it all depends on the mobo also.

A more of a newb friendly guide would be awesome, for I have never OC'ed using UEFI...I only used Afterburner to OC a GPU.

Go in the BIOS note the settings or make a screen shot to see what settings you have around.
Before anything Disable APM setting ,while at it
For the start you should disable the Coreboost feature as well.

Practically you change the multipliers for NB and CPU.The GPU can be overclocked by inputing the value directly.

The CPU frequency is the FSB/base clock X CPU Multiplier for example.

Do not touch any voltages for the start.
