So far with what you've said i'm really leaning towards the ram. Try it out with a new set.

Yeah as gablain said, could be a good idea to try a new set of ram, but i'm mostly leaning toward a faulty cpu. I would double-check the temps to be sure.

I highly dough that the problem is the RAM because that would imply that both my stick broke the same way at the same time. I have also seen the computer restart with temp below 60 F which lead me to believe that overheating is not the issue.
