About the videocard, since Fermi a lot of users reported reduced viewport performance in 3dsmax, blender and maya. My 660 Ti has never had a problem handling any scene I've done, but I work with pretty simple ones (Product design presentations) You may want to research a bit about this issue (It might be solved by this point) and could probably go for a 7870 / 7870 Tahiti LE or 7950 for around the same price as de 660 Ti.
Everything else looks pretty good in the build, quite a nice budget 3d modelling rig.
i have the 660Ti on there because I alredly own it. Its in my current rig. which is a Dell (Yeah i know its bad) and the 8800GT that was in it originally overheated because Dell doesn't know how to set fan speeds. Even when i was maxing out rendering and gaming, the fans would never go over 25% I started noticing problems one day, and got a fan control program to force the fans to go higher but by then it was too late, Dell had already put the card on Death Row.
Anyway, i will primarily be using this rig for rendering in VRay, in which the 8350 actually does better (This chart is render times):
I was suprised when i came over those findings too, but it seems like the 8350 will be worth it even though its cheaper.
