Replace a NZXT Kraken Fan

I'm wanting to get a X40 but read that it's pretty noisy.
Would either of these fans be better.
I kind of like LEDs and don't want to make my own.

If by better, do you mean quieter, better for temps, both? I would personally stick with fans known to be good for cooling on rads. But too each his own.
