Help with overclocking GPU

I'm using MSI Afterburner and have a Zotac 660 TI GPU. I always find guides and people talkin about overclocking certain part but never really tips on changing the voltage along with changing the other options for a better overclock. So, could someone please help me with that. I'd like to get the best overclock I can without going too far but without help with voltage I can't go as far

You can't increase the voltage on that card unless you flash a modified BIOS on it.  So for you, it's basically as simple as maxing the power limit slider, then increasing the core and memory offsets until you get artifacts or instability.  There's not really anything more to adjust.

Really? But I have the option to do so in Afterburner. So if I move the slider it wont have any effect at all?

The best it'll do is keep the card from slightly downvolting when it reaches a throttle temperature, but it won't increase the maximum voltage at all.  The only benefit you would get from it would be if you are one of the few individuals who get crashes when the card throttles - in some cases the slight voltage drop causes instability there, and increasing the voltage slider can prevent those.  But for the majority of users, it does nothing beneficial.
