What Graphics card should i get.

I really need some help i dont want to buy a graphics card and not have enough power to use it. i will put my system specs below i just dont want to buy a graphics card that wont work good in my system. I only need a graphics card that can play simple games like League of legends, Minecraft, Dota. etc. Ive looked around this website before but never made an account till now. Just hoping i can get some type of help.

System specs:

CPU: Intel core 2 Duo E67000 @2.66GHz
Motherboard: Dell inc. Model: OMY510
Memory: DDR2 4096MBytes
Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce GT 520 (overheating bad)
PSU: 375W
Windows 7 32bit

Well many of the GPU's that will be suggested to you will be held back by your Core 2 Duo, but If you are on a budget this guy has a great card for sale at a good price http://www.overclock.net/t/1393842/fs-evga-660-superclocked-160. He told me that it has barely been used.

Will my 375 watt PSU handle that card ok? i looked that card up and it said it needs a 450 watt PSU

Right, how much performance are you looking for? What resolution do you play League at?

Minimum 350W PSU on THIS card.

i play on 1360x768 or 1440x900 on another monitor. And just enough performance to play league of legends at 60FPS everything could be set to very low with 0 shadows i dont really care just enough to play the game biggrin.gif

ok Thanks just needing someone else opinion on graphics cards didnt want to purchase something that wouldn't work.

A 640 should be fine for what you want to do, but I would recommend taking a small step up to a 650 just for the sake of having a bit of graphics "quality".
