Looks to me as if your driver and/or afterburner install is messed up. The stock power limit max should be around 125; the even/odd thing is completely unexpected. Try uninstalling both using the windows control panel and then reinstalling, doing the driver first and using the clean install option.

This is what I was thinking about doing and going with the new 320 driver and just cross my fingers
