I just ran Heaven and my VRM's hit 98c at 1125/1375/stock voltage. Core hit 79c and the fan speed was at 65-70%, plus I can't find heat sinks that are the correct size to cool the parts highlighted on the PCB image.

You should consider getting a waterblock with a backplate, if you think your PCB can't physically support a better cooler.
