At your budget the AMD 8350 is simply not as good as Intel options. Why? It's not as fast per-core, and in the games that require good CPU performance, per-core performance matters.

(And if the Ghz rating of the AMD chips confuses you since that seems as high as the Intel chips, Ghz alone is not a true measure of CPU speed).

Also, you've picked a motherboard only compatible with Intel processors. You can also get a better monitor for less.

So in general you need a whole overhaul of your plan. And you should probably wait two weeks for the next generation of Intel processors to be released.

P.S. if you'd like a general parts list, let us know what country you're ordering from.

Thanks for the replies!
I'm from italy, so amazon.it would be the place.

The budged should not increase if possible. which power supply should I buy? Aren't the new haswell cpu and motherboards more expensive? The 8350 should be about the same as an i5 i think. When is the 4th generation CPUs coming out exaclty?

Do you mind if its a non modular PSU?

And again cheap on anything but the PSU if you buy a crappy PSU it could kill your new PC

it doesn't matter to me if it is modular. I mean: it's better if it is, but it's not a big deal if it isn't

Amazon doesn't always have the best prices, and they're dirty tax dodgers, so I'm linking parts from alternate.de. I'm fairly sure they'll ship to various parts of Europe. You can shop around, of course, if you're worried you're not getting the right price.

Monitor: Benq gw2450hm (170 euro)
http://www.alternate.de/BenQ/BenQ+GW2450HM,_LED-Monitor/html/product/1007923/?

Core Components: ~580 euro Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
i5-4570 + ~80ish euro b85 mobo when they come out in week or so. (Set aside 260 euro)

Note the above are not meant for overclocking. But that saves you quite a bit of money (~100 euro).

Sapphire 7970 (320) Same one you found on amazon. Good price.

Supporting components: 321 euro Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
Crucial 2x4gb 1600mhz RAM (53) 3 more euros than the Kingston, but slightly higher quality
http://www.alternate.de/Crucial/Crucial+DIMM_8_GB_DDR3-1600_Kit,_Arbeitsspeicher/html/product/1008044/?

Zalman z11 Pro (60) Presumably you liked the looks.
http://www.alternate.de/Zalman/Zalman+Z11_Plus,_Gehaeuse/html/product/940588/?

Be Quiet! Pure Power L7 430w (50) Yes, this is plenty of wattage.
http://www.alternate.de/be_quiet!/be_quiet!+Pure_Power_L7_430W,_Netzteil/html/product/137059/?

With your budget you should have an SSD. Put programs you want to load zoom-zoom fast on the SSD. Put media files & overflow storage on the HDD
Samsung 840 128gb (83)
http://www.alternate.de/Samsung/Samsung+840_series_2,5_120_GB,_SSD/html/product/1038279/?tk=7&lk=8329

Seagate 1TB (57)
http://www.alternate.de/Seagate/Seagate+ST1000DM003_1_TB,_Festplatte/html/product/963366/?tk=7&lk=8326

Samsung DVD-burner (18)
http://www.alternate.de/Samsung/Samsung+SH-224BB-BEBE,_DVD-Brenner/html/product/1033259/?tk=7&lk=8415

Total: ~1070 euro. That leaves you with 130 for mouse & keyboard. I highly recommend looking around until you find a Mionix Naos 3200. Fantastic mouse.

but I think amazon is great bacause if you consider that the shipping is free and you can returen the products, even by saying that you don't use them anymore. It would be great to have the components parts list on amazon,

If you can't afford 1 now, start saving +100 for a good sata3 SSD, like a M4 128GB

What a difference , in loading times, they fill fast, but extremely worth it
