CM Storm Trigger - 122€
http://www.amazon.it/CM-Storm-SGK-6000-GKCC1-FR-Trigger-ITA/dp/B007CW07XO/

Note that the keyboard is pricy but it's a mechanical one with Cherry MX switches. The Western Digital HDD is marketed as a Blue but it's their current best drive.
Here's a review of the motherboard: http://www.overclock.net/t/1252290/z77x-ud3h-review-and-oc-testing-circuit-analysis-ln2-runs-efficiency-comparison/0_20
Also the Dell is an IPS which means better image quality than traditional screens.

There's no SSD in this build but all the components here are picked with best deals and no compromise, so you can always add one later or IDK.

Total: 1196€ (without eventual shipping fees).

Thanks for the support. I've changed the list a little bit and this is mine:

Intel Core i5-3570k - 203€
http://www.amazon.it/Intel%C2%AE-Core-i5-3570K-Processor-Cache/dp/B007RUZKK6/

Kingston 8GB 1600C9 - 50€
http://www.amazon.it/Kingston-1600Mhz-Ddr3-Non-Ecc-Dimm/dp/B0037TO5C0/

Asrock z77 pro3 90€

Western Digital WD10EZEX 1TB - 58€
http://www.amazon.it/Western-Digital-WD10EZEX-Caviar-HardDisk/dp/B0088PUEPK/

Sapphire 7970 320€
http://www.amazon.it/Sapphire-11197-11-40G-Scheda-video/dp/B0096WIHL2/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1369568506&sr=1-1&keywords=7970

XFX Pro 550W - 69€
http://www.amazon.it/XFX-P1550SXXB9-PRO550W/dp/B004RJ8EKI/

Zalman z11 plus 58€
http://www.amazon.it/Zalman-Z11-Plus/dp/B007C008L2/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1369568562&sr=1-1

Asus VE247H 154€
http://www.amazon.it/Asus-VE247H-Monitor-23-6-Wide/dp/B004T2LMP2/ref=sr_1_4?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1366641772&sr=1-4

total of 1002€. The remaining 200€ will be spent on a mouse, keyboard and a headset. In this setup I have a better graphics card and a gaming monitor with 2ms response time.

what do you think?
Pro3 has low-end D-PAK MOSFETs, also the 7950 is just slightly slower but significantly cheaper.

And I still prefer the IPS U2312HM: http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/forum/hardware-canucks-reviews/51995-dell-ultrasharp-u2312hm-23-monitor-review-10.html
FYI if you are concerned with response time, it is different for IPS monitors (see gaming performance section of the review).
cf. http://www.overclock.net/t/862313/ips-monitors-for-gaming-with-high-response-time/0_20
What matters most is the input lag not the actual response time which is often not accurate, look at TFTCentral review:
http://www.tftcentral.co.uk/reviews/dell_u2312hm.htm
"Very low input lag, basically no lag at all"
That said it's still 60€+ more than the Asus so the choice is yours!

That's the best you can get for this price - I've seen someone with this board @4.7GHz on the forum, no big deal but the thing is mostly that those MOSFETs run hotter and might not be as reliable.

BTW I would get headphones with Zalman clip-on mic, headsets generally give less for the money.
I mean this: http://www.amazon.it/Zalman-ZM-MIC1-Microfono/dp/B00029MTMQ/

So put together the same list from amazon. You should be able to find everything I listed with simple searches on your own. Then tell us if the price is much different.

i5, i7 doesn't provide any benefits in game (it's just i5 with Hyperthreading on top of it). And yeah, get a 3570k (203€ on Amazon).
