[tomshardware] AMD's Kabini: Jaguar And GCN Come Together In A 15 W APU - Page 3

Toms is more biased towards intel then Engadget is towards apple.. Go look at all the other reviews and they sing a much better tune.

Their benchmarks are completely off too. Other sites are giving it about a 15-25% more in performance. Still not beating the i3 but it's a good system. I don't even know why I visit Tom's Hardware, they are the most biast website of any available. They always tweak their results, and honestly those games should be playable at a higher framerate let alone a high graphics setting. Also it's not how high you can get in frames, it's how steady. Intel is notorious for frame droops. Hell you can get like 200 fps on some Intel processors but as soon as you introduce complex crap into an Intel it can bottom out at 0.5 frames per second. I can play Dead Island medium settings, 1366x768 with some tweaks at 27 fps solid on an E-350 no droops. So I imagine that it's going to be 40fps or better on an A4-5000 which scores nearly 2.1 times more in synthetics.

Let me guess, they didn't worship AMD in either review. I don't think either review is bad TBH because you get to see real world performance in both, ignore the intel performance if you wish.

if you've been keeping up with each site you'll know which ones are heavily biased.
