Sync contents between local desktop and home server

Any good and reliable software for windows 7 and/or WHS 2011 that will sync the contents of, say "my document", music, videos, etc, between my main desktop rig and on the server?

I'll like to have an copy on my home server so I can access it while away from home yet I would also like to have it on my local machine at home so If a server goes down, I can still listen to my music or such. And not only that, but it's duplicated to 2 hard drives so it'll provide some sort of backup.

It must sync both way, so any changes I made on my local machine will change the contents on the home server and vice verse. I guess I want some sort of dropbox-like functionality.

Any one know any good software for whs 2011 or windows 7 for it? And is what I'm doing normal for some people?

Thanks

You could use the built-in Offline File, since you are running WHS and Windows 7. Watch this video and it will show you everything you need:

cool, thanks. I'd would prefer something built within windows, so that's great.

I'll be using Stablebit Drivepool for duplication instead of a raid solution so I hope everything works well.
