My GPU isn't throttling itself and my temps are fine. Defragged my HDD and got a bit better performance than i did yesterday but not enough as my friends PC. Something is still off somewhere.

This would be the 4th i have re applied thermal paste and still no change. I am at the brink of destroying this PC. Read somewhere where a guy said that his heatsink didn't have enough pressure on the cpu. Mine is dead tight. LIke i screwed that stuff in! somebody welp!
