[gigaom] More sources say Intel Atom to power Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 3 - Page 8

Doubt Samsung would get as sweet of a deal on Bay Trail chips. So not worth delaying a product. Especially with competitor tablet refreshes coming, Google Nexus and such.

It'd be in Bay Trail's best interest to be offered as a "sweet deal" to penetrate the market and reshape it's name. Atoms aren't exactly associated with killer technology. Needs to be refaced. Samsung tablets are a good place to start. (all wishful thinking though and probably unlikely)

Don't really see it happening. Intel is already talking up Bay Trail with very aggressive performance and efficiency claims which to me has a subtext of "don't expect the current Atom discounts continuing with this new series Mr. OEMs."
