Its the widest of the tube res available so any other res should fit easily.

Another thing that i have noticed, you can assemble the tray, backplate and midplate then add all the components then just bolt on the body for easy building.

I never studied gynecology so im not used to working in confined conditions. biggrin.gif

not to be negative or anything but ...

this is a mockup for sure , you dont have flanges to atach the unibody and the back panel , the same as the midplate , same as the bracket and door system to close it , if you need any help , i can use solidworks too smile.gif

its gonna be tough to mantain this design with all the "threads" or "rivets" you need to put , specially in the front frown.gif

This is a prototype and is in no way finalized. When it's done, I'm sure the final build will blow all of our socks off. biggrin.gif

The threads are already in place, using m3 bolts in the edge planes. The only mounts im missing are for the side panels, these will be made of Alu box section with stainless threaded inserts to preserve the threads.

yeah , the concept looks good alright , i got some suggestions :

1. since its going to a watercooling case ( itx ) , why the space in the motherboard area ? , it doesnt need a CPU cooler perse , making that area closer to the "door" would allow you to put a full PSU in there , and probably make it even smaller the case ( at least a little bit thinner )

2. I would put the PSU at top instead of the reservoir , i dont know why , maybe its for safety or looks lol

3. you could eliminate the mid plate as a roof for the rad holders , and use the floor instead , making the midplate just a add on that is not important to the case , so that you could attach it somewhere else , because those "holes" in the front of the case kills it for me , in terms of design lol

4. where the SSD and HDDs will be ? AT least one SSD and one HDD would be awesome smile.gif

5. i bet we can make it smaller lol

you really need that added width for the GPUs as with blocks they can be quite wide, especially with cards like the lightnings that use even wider PCBs

2. I would put the PSU at top instead of the reservoir , i dont know why , maybe its for safety or looks lol
This one I actually agree with, would also make cables a bit cleaner overall I think

3. you could eliminate the mid plate as a roof for the rad holders , and use the floor instead , making the midplate just a add on that is not important to the case , so that you could attach it somewhere else , because those "holes" in the front of the case kills it for me , in terms of design lol
The end user could really be the judge of that but the midplate does serve as a structural support for the motherboard tray and is pretty much required, the holes up front really won't be too noticeable once the screws are in and not just the countersunk holes

4. where the SSD and HDDs will be ? AT least one SSD and one HDD would be awesome smile.gif
On the same side as the power supply from my understanding

5. i bet we can make it smaller lol[
You could, but you'd be losing some features

Certainly not my build but my thoughts on the matter regardless.
