I'm looking to buy a 7950 and i've read good things about this one? Is it good for overclocking?

It is by far the best VGA card in terms of Performance per doller. It can overclock like a beats and can match performance of stock 7970 at 925Mhz.

Get this one if you can

The HIS x2 7950 is quite good. Uses a 7970 pcb, which would give you better power delivery, more phases (?), and subsequently better overclocks. thumb.gif

Well at tiger direct right now there is a pretty good deal on a xfx 7950. Its $279 plus you get crysis 3, bioshock, tomb raider, and far cry 3 blood dragon. Pretty good deal IMO. i have a xfx 7950 and cant say anything bad about so far. overclocks like a champ on stock voltage and quiet sitting in my 650d. The temps are ok tho, under full load it hits around 65 degrees. Also i believe the XFX 7950's use 7970 pcb's. I'm assuming this because of the two 8 pin power connectors.

His iceqx2 Vapor-x and MSI TF3 are the best 7950s you can get.

Can't seem to find msi one or the his one is my country's shops. Only gigabyte, sapphire and powercolor. From what i see the HIS one is best for oc'ing. Is there a shop that ships to europe and has it?

I dont think its worth it. I would go with the Vapor X in your situation then. They are good cards and clock pretty high specially if you can keep them cool.

What is your country? The HIS are just as easy to find as any other 7950 here in Portugal.
