Did you NOT register the card and that's why you don't qualify?

Or, do you think that because your card is a 3 year Warranty card, that you do not qualify for the step up?

Thanks! I am going to seriously try that step up program now.

Thanks for the suggestion, I am going to use that program (hopefully I apply to it)

stop fooling yourself.

C'mon now, it's not like Ribozyme's setting fire to his motherboard's PCIe slots or anything.

If it turns out that he made a mistake, it can be easily enough corrected by buying another card. Let him be.

You misunderstood what I was saying bud. I'm saying I will not buy into these every year incremental 15% 20% upgrades. To much cost for very little performance improvement.

I will wait until cards appear that offer a big upgrade to what I have now. Probably wait until Nvidia GTX 980 and AMD X970 appear.

No point buying a new GPU every year for £500 that gives an extra 15%, crazy..

Damn, now im in a situation; the 780 is a lot faster than the 770, but even one 770 will be around as fast as my dual 570 setup.... But I'm planning on getting a 2nd 144hz monitor (which will take a fair chunk out of GPU #2's power), so I'll need dramatically more power than my 570 setup, as it has trouble getting 144fps at max settings in a fair number of games.

Going to wait for (official) 780 vs. 770 reviews.

Sli GTX670 will give you way more power then a 780 ever will How is that monitor anyways? I've been thinking about replacing my benQ 120hz one for it. Is there any inverse ghosting when you move stuff around?

Why get 2nd 144hz monitor? Configuration for gaming is 1 or 3 monitors be aware of that.

I will see how things turn out. But for now I'll survive playing games like don't starve, Reus, the Dig, lone survivor, dota 2 and lol. Maybe I'll buy a new dedicated gpu in a month or so but I don't see an imminent reason to do so. Witcher 3 would definitely be an incentive. An by then 9000 series and 800 series will be out.

Thanks for the worries though tongue.gif
