In what possible way lol...

They're not a review site or anything, almost everything they post is from some other source. Not that there's anything wrong with that, we need fast rumor sites but it kind of means that them being biased is a bit far fetched if they only report already existing rumors...

Now if I can only find some charts that show the 770/780 over the 580 w/3GB RAM at 2560x1440 resolution.

So let me get this straight, if these numbers are true, NVIDIA will have 3 cards faster than a 7970 GHZ.

Come on AMD, step up your game and release your 28nm refresh already!

If you go through their site, 95% of their content is based on other sources, and a lot of it is rumor based. They don't even write their own reviews since they're unable to get NVIDIA or AMD to send them samples.

A rumor site cannot be biased, when their content is not original. thumb.gif

Except the 7970GE is exactly the same, and the 770 is (rumored to be) using a different GPU version.

GeForce GTX 680 4GB has nothing to offer in the way of extra performance over a 2GB card.
initially tested at 2560x1600 found absolutely no difference in performance and this was also the case at the triple-monitor resolution of 5040x1050 which features almost 30% more pixels.

It is not until you go three times greater than 2560x1600 that you start to see the advantages of having the larger frame buffer.
Still even at 7680x1600 not all games will show the 4GB GTX 680 to be faster, as other bottlenecks appear first.

4GB GTX 680 is NOT the move...
that card is incapable of utilizing 4GB of VRAM..

Seems fine to me, my 680 DCII TOP is clocked higher by default and performance seems similar. I agree with Anandtech though, but my guess is they say what we already know, that the card is faster then a 7970 GE, quieter, and uses less power. People will then bring up price, 2GB, 256bit, and overclocking, etc.

Depending on how they price this, I bet it is a great card for most 1080P gamers for awhile.

Look at the performance numbers and then at the spec sheets, it's the exact same thing. They just provided us with a slight factory OC.
The 770 at stock is averaging 48.3 fps in valley benchmark. Have a look at the valley thread and you'll notice than most if not all 670s and 680s are able to perform better without any kind of overvolting / bios mod.

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

It has new memory at the very least, if the 7 GHz rumor is true, since the memory on the 680 can't reliably run that high. As for the actual GPU difference, we'll have to wait and see.
