My bet is on the Nvidia GTX 990 8GB and AMD HD X970 8GB, it will happen lol, they will be a worthy upgrade..

The games then will demand more. Unless you're going to freeze time, your hopes will not happen. Also it's bad for business to release an Ultra card that will last for years into the future.

Im sure the gem cards will squash the 770's. Esp since most (even average lightnings) can do 7000mhz on the memory with the added luxury of finding out what their silicon can do at 1.37v before hacking. Im getting a third this week, will have two 1502mhz core cards and a 1487mhz...

Will look forward to teaming up with some local forum members and seeing what differences may lie in-game.

At a glance 3x 680L will trump 2x 780's where not vram limited.

Well since we will have 20nm cards next year we can expect much bigger jump in performance, probably like 2xx to 4xx series.

The GTX 990 is most likely gonna be a dual GPU card (basically SLI) with a Maxwell refresh (speculation) and a 6GB mem (almost certain), so nothing special considering that we are not far away from Maxwell.

Well if it's only 60 days since you bought your 670 and if it's the EVGA one in your signature then you can use their Step-Up program to trade-in your 670 for a 770 and pay them the difference + shipping. You can use that for up to 90 days after purchase:

I already posted this on this thread but here I am gonna paste it again: smile.gif

From the step up program:
Quote:
•Register your 3 Year Warranty product purchased new from an authorized reseller within 14 days of your original purchase date.

Mine is 3 years warranty, this 3 months deal applies to any product that has lifetime warranty redface.gif so... Thanks for your concern.! smile.gif
