GTX 670 SLI is about 12% faster than Titan.

AN OCed Titan brings about 10% performance increase thus OCed Titan is pretty much equal to 670 SLI.

Even though this user did not say his performance on Crysis 3 he gives the most recent benchmarks I can find for 1440p SLI gtx 670s.
4th post.

I'm not sure if 2GB VRAM will be enough later for 1440p. I know that in 2010, for 1080p, the maximum any game really used was 1.25GB. And now 2GB is neccesary.

This is such tired reasoning and it makes no sense when you can OC both sides of the argument.

And lol at synthetic benchmarks.

Buying a titan at this point is the very definition of more money than brains.

I know

I just said an OCed Titan gives similar performance to 670 SLI and never said 670s are OCed or anything like that which means stock 670.

Did you see me saying otherwise?

Also some people just want to get the best performance they can.

Also when you look at it even a 780 is not a price/ratio GPU...

If people chose 680 over 670 for few fps, they have the freedom and will to choose Titan over 780 which will never make them have less of a brain.

I think at that point, difference are pretty negligible. RE: OC Titan is faster than SLI 670's, OC'd SLI670s are faster than a titan.

At that rate, I'm very interested in the 780 for $650. Even the cheapest 670's I've seen are $310-320 after rebates. That would be plenty for 3840x1024 for now, and when one of my monitors dies I'm upping to at least 1920x1200 (x3) and get a 2nd..
