How much percent will I be able to overclock a GPU using something like the Accelero Hybrid ?

So I'm new to the overclocking world and recently overclocked my i5-750 from 2.6GHz to 3.6GHz
using a cheap cooler (CoolerMaster Geminii S (works perfectly with my Sigma Raptor Case))
Max temp I got in Benchmarks was 75 celsius (Idle around 33 celsius)

now from 2.6GHz to 3.6GHz is almost a 40% gain (and this is using a small cooler & not even overclocked to the max)

Now I was wondering is it possible to overclock a GPU by something like 40% or more ???

For my next rig I want to get lets say a "GTX 670 TI" with the Accelero Hybrid
"http://www.arctic.ac/en/p/cooling/vga/569/accelero-hybrid.html"
As a cooler

So my Question is "How much percent will I be able to overclock a GPU using something like the Accelero Hybrid ?"

With a liquid cooler on a GTX 670 (there is no ti) (but the GTX 760 TI is the same card) you would not see that much of an overclocking improvement under water. 670s can already reach their max stable OC with the stock fan on 100%. The only thing you would be doing is reducing noise, which to me is what makes WC worth it for GPUs.

Accelero hybrid is an rebranded Asetek 120mm rad (same as Antec Kuhler 620).

Probably about 1300MHz but you're mostly limited by the chip itself , GTX 770 TI is roughly a GTX 670 ... unless you mean GTX 660 Ti (which is a cut down version of the GTX 680/GTX 670)

This is by no means a thorough stability test, but it's a decent way to poke around the edges of the card's tolerances. I can't imagine how much hotter and louder it would be running with the reference cooler, but with the Hybrid at 85% it's peaking at 63C. That's at 1.3GHz, sustained load.

At the maximum speed of the radiator’s 120mm fan (1350 RPM), the peak temperature of the GK104 chip overclocked to 1212/1277 MHz was only 45°C.

On our CPU cooler tests, we learned that liquid cooling systems with relatively small radiators don’t perform much better than huge heatpipe-based air coolers. The Arctic Accelero Hybrid, the first liquid cooling system for video cards we tested, followed the same rule.

Ok so best case scenario with best card possible to be used to OC what is the largest percentage performance gain you can expect to see ?

You'd get better results using one of Dwoods (member on OCN) custom brackets and someting along the lines of an H60. Check the thread below.
