Kinect is potentially capable though, but lets not get too paranoid about it..
If someone stood outside your home window, a man, a stranger and looked in would you mind? Of course not, because you have nothing to hide and that man cant recall or repeat what he has seen or even share what he has seen with others.. he saw nothing, so in effect your privacy to sit in your pants or for your girlfriend to eat yoghurt sat in her undies while you watch netflix means nothing. Its certainley fine to allow for Kinect to record your children in their bedroom while they play games, totally and utterly fine! in ten years from now while they play the software will even educate them for you so its all good.
Its not wrong, the man looking through the window is safe, he is just a man in a long coat and what bad has man ever done? naaa... you will be fine the law wouldn't allow it of course, because its not like the law applies only to citizens and not to big corps and governments too.
totally crazy to think any man would EVER exploit a home surveillance opportunity. And even when your finally ready to revolt against that government ( you know like what happened in Syria recently) they system isnt smart enough to record key words, and plots.
I ran out of Sarcasm ^
