Funny how no one else gets this.

People buy the iPhone because its a good phone.

Apple sues others like every other company.

EU investigates every tech company when they need want money. Nothing more. Nothing less.

This is nothing new.

It would be nice if Google and the phone Manufacturers would team up and put an end to it.

I want Google to have the same deal as Apple is what I am saying. It really boils down to the fact that I am jealous and want my Google updates as they come out instead of having to wait. I would probably still have to wait for Samsung to add their Touchwiz optimizations once Google dropped an update but that is still way better then having to wait for Google, then Samsung, THEN wait 6 months for Verizon. Just take Verizon out of the update picture and I will be happy.

Ahh, but the thing about Apple is they only sue potential threats. They left Samsung alone...until they started outselling them. Again when the Galaxy S4 outsold the iPhone 5 2 to 1 in half the time.
