Overclocking A8-3850 on ITX Board?

I have an A8-3850 that I wanted to overclock. It is going to be paired with a Radeon HD 6850 so the IGP will be disabled. The only thing I am worried about is the ITX board. The model is an ASRock A75M-ITX.

I know the FM2 version of this motherboard has problems with the vrms catching on fire when paired with a A10-5800k but I have not been able to find a single case of the FM1 version catching on fire. I have 3 of these boards and so far I haven't had any problems.

So my question is can I overclock the cpu on this board or will doing so cause problems because of the ITX design. It would be a relatively mild overclock anyways since the processor is locked but I'm gonna try to get between 3.4-3.6Ghz.

Edit:
It helps to actually read, apparently.

What kind of case/cpu cooling do you have anyway?

I'm taking it out of a Silverstone Mini Fortress and putting it into a BitFenix Prodigy. For cooling I currently have a Cooler Master GeminII M4 on it. I also have a Thermaltake SpinQ VT laying around but I don't believe it works as well so I will be sticking to the Cooler Master.

BTW, if anyone is looking to purchase a Mini Fortress pm me. Also have the Silverstone SFX PSU for it, both are mint.
