Hey guys, building a PC a bit on a small budget $800 and under, and preferably I would like to fit it around $600 $700, this is what I have so far:

CPU: Intel Core i7-3770K Quad-Core Price: (Watiting on a friend to get confirmed by Intel Retail to get it for $60-$85)
GPU: GeForce GTX 660 or 670 not sure yet which one difference in price is huge though. Price: $199.99 or $389.99)
MotherBoard: Asus P8Z77-V LK Intel Z77 DDR3 LGA 1155 Price: $134.99
Ram: Corsair Vengeance Blue 8 GB1600mHz DDR3 Price: $69.99
Power Supply: Corsair CX750 Builder Series ATX 80 PLUS Price: $79.99

Lower End Price at the moment is: $569.96

you forgot : a HDD, a cooler for the i7(you should oc easily to 4.3-.5) and a case. 660 and 670 are two different card depending on your need you could go with a 660 ti(in between 660 and 670 performance wise) or you could go with a 7950 for about 300$ with 4 great games. Both, amd or nvidia, are solid. Your psu is overkill go with a 650 watt, even a 550 would work

Couple things.
1: Get G.Skill or Kingston ram, both are better quality and G.Skill is usually cheaper. Also make sure your getting 2 stick of ram, it runs faster and is usually only a couple cents more.
2: The HD 7870 is only a little slower then the 670, but is alot cheaper, between $260-$300.
3: You kind of need a case, and HDD
4: Change the PSU out to something on the list in my sig, you only should need around 500 Watts max
5: Good motherboard, but the Gigabyte Z77 UD3 is probably a little cheaper, no big deal though.
6: You will probably want a CPU cooler for overclocking.
