no the case is completely fine from what i can see, but it chirps when i put it in low power mode so idk

If you are getting feedback throughout the system it is possible you have some sort of grounding issue.
I trust your are using all the proper stand-offs?

IF it's doing it in power save mode - could it be coming from the +5VSB part of the supply? Do you have any USB items plugged in that are still on in standby mode? If so, I'd try unplugging them, and see if the noise stops.

the ones that came with the pc case yes, do you wanna give me some tips on what to check?

the only used devices i have is an wireless mouse Tiny usb receiver an my keyboard

well, i'd try unplugging the keyboard / mouse receiver, and see if the noise changes. Also, do you have a USB flash drive handy? you could try plugging one in to load up the supply line more. If the noise changes, then you at least know what supply line is causing the noise.

just tried it an nothing changed, only that i got an higher pitched coil whine when i removed an inserted the Ethernet cord

Have you checked the specific power outlet? Is it grounded properly?

yes it is i checked that many times, an idk how that would cause it only to make noise in low power mode
