Yeah, but if you're going to create a custom prebuilt gaming system business for the sole purpose of binning CPUs, then it's going to be a terrible business model with a lot of extra expenses attached.

I think this is kinda getting out of hand?

custom prebuilt gaming system business's have nothing to do with the manufacturing/binning of CPU's, LoL

If you think its's golden, keep it. If you collected enough golden chips you might be able to sell them for a nice premium if you prove to be trust worthy thumb.gif

Not a bad idea lol. Might wait until I finish university to do that..

Of course it does. If you ran such a business you would have many many chips passing through your hands, no one who buys a system would ever know their chip was tested. I also happen to think building custom PC's for people would be a lot of fun, even if I made $100 a week it'd be worth it.

Would you sell on Ebay or start your own site? Reason I ask is because ive thought about doing the same many times, but the prices on ebay are so cheap it wouldnt be worth doing and how do you compete with the likes of Newegg if you start your own site? These guys buy in bulk.

I guess the best way to do that is to "join" some well-established DIY builders. It'd be great if you have some insider connections.
