i know that you can make a copy, but the autobackup thing could be complicated.
maybe some dude knows a way with the updating (auto).

the only way i know is using something like (the old) norton ghost or any other program
that makes an image of your complete harddrive inclusive the OS and you
can install it on every rig or partition you want.. you just have to save the image
manually every time after or before you make changes.

No... you can only do it periodically or manually. You also don't need full images... incremental is faster and uses less disk.

If it was realtime, you might as well throw out your SSD since it would run at the speed of the HDD.
Once again...

Good point, do you know of any programs that would allow to have it automatically backup say one a month or something like that?

Do you want an image or file backups?

W7 native can handle files: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/products/features/backup-and-restore
