off course grid 2 looks better being the newest, but looks kinda to close to "split second velocity"

Well in most games, AI tend to use racing lines to maximize corner speed and minimize braking.

In this, it seems rather random ;/

I remember something similar in the original GRID. In some corners which required the player car to slow down, the AI would just fly through them. The opposite was also true. The AI would slam on their brakes around corners which were easily taken flat out by the player.
