Hey, I want to build a gaming pc from scratch , budget is rs 30,000 prices can be used from flipkart.com Hdd is not necessary as I can use old one,Monitor should be included which can give me appropiate performance . it should not be too big OR too small to be Handled by GPU.Here is my build

Dell IN2030M 20 inch LED Backlit LCD Monitor Rs. 6564
Gigabyte GA-H61M-S2P Motherboard Rs. 3221
Transcend DDR3-1333 DDR3 4 GB PC RAM (JM1333KLN-4G) Rs. 1800
Intel i3 3220 Rs. 7223
Asus DRW-24D3ST DVD Burner Internal Optical Drive (Black) Rs. 1107
PowerColor AMD/ATI HD 7750 1 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card Rs. 7174
Corsair CMPSU-430CXV2UK 430 Watts PSU Rs. 2900

How would you rate this gaming pc, is this good or i would have to change something.
AMD or Intel are not a problem.I know that there are APU but they are expensive here and if we don't use it's integrated gpu then what's the use
I am also considering FX 4100,4130 and 6100.Also what about richland??

This setup seems good, but i take it your not looking at overclocking?

Some other advice the FX4100 bulldozer stay away from it, i recently found out that this chip (i have in my rig you can see in my sig) is the cause of major throttling! its actually caising my GTX 660Ti to run at no more than 50% load.

Also if your thinking of going intel the new haswell chips will be released in 5 days from this post. From what i have read they are tipped to be better than ivy bridge not by much but they will be better. if you were to be upgrading just the chip then i wouldn't say its worth the money but as your buying an entier new system i say its well worth it.

well i hope this helps you make your informed choice if you need anything else just let me know.

I looked through Flipkart and the choice is very limited they have no 4300 or 6300 which is what I was going to look for the other thing I would have done is FM2 with hybrid Xfire but the prices for FM2 on flipkart are HIGH. I would say though even at 1600X900 your GPU choice is going to give you lower details at lower framerates, try if you can to find the cash to at least go up to a 7770
