HD8970 a good 15-20% faster than gtx780 that's in line with Titan
For a price of $600.
3GB more vRAM than gtx780 and 17% more bandwidth. thumb.gif

that 8870 if these are true will be absolutely great for 300 which if it's at 40% it'll pushed into 7970 territory, maybe in 7970 OC territory.
