Okay guys, it's order time and it's up to you!

SC= Swedish Crowns

So here's the deals

number one: AMD

I can get a 8350 and http://www.inet.se/produkt/1902048/gigabyte-ga-990fxa-ud5 for about 3000 SC and that's pretty damn good:)
This is not the best **** evere, but it's good tongue.gif

http://www.inet.se/produkt/1902454/gigabyte-ga-z87x-oc-atx

and the 4770k for around 4,8 swedish crowns this one is really good smile.gif

But then theres x79 i can get a

3820
MSI X79A-45GD (Don't know if this is the best one maybe buy a new one instead?)
16gb ram
hx 850 for around 3,2 SC

i like this one most but what about you?

for the GPU choice i will get two 670s tongue.gif so i'm pretty happy right now smile.gif

Make your choice.....

Just forget about the AMD CPU. Look at the minimum FPS on the 8350. Horrible.

Haswell just released and it looks like the OC capabilities are limited due to temperature thresholds. 4770k is a great chip. Especially if you dont want super high OCs and dont plan any exotic cooling methods(water, LN2).

I would only get the X79 platform if you plan to go with a 6-core Intel CPU. A few games out there are able to use all 6 cores, and when the new 8-core CPU consoles come out I predict we will see a higher multiple-core CPU utilization. Right now BF3 multiplayer is my main game and 64p large maps get pretty CPU limited. See this 4core vs 6core BF3 benchmark. Remember look at minimum FPS as low minimums is what causes choppy/laggy gameplay. http://chipreviews.com/cpu/frostbite-2s-limit-6-core-performance-in-battlefield-3/3/

Hi, the 4770k looked very nice for gamin smile.gif, i can afford a 3930k for around the same price as 780 with haswell cart, so don't know which one :/

AMD is out of the game in my choice

Why do you compare the FX 8350 with the 3770k?

The AMD chip is 200 dollars, the Intel up to 300$...

Also, It isn´t a benchmark, just a gameplay and maybe in the AMD test fps drop becouse the game itself, just maybe 1 time, and I don´t think that 6 fps more worth 100$ more

And you can OC the AMD chip pretty easyly with a decent board (about 100$ dollars) with a cheap cooler and make it powerful, just recomendation, the upper you go in performance terms, the less you get for you buck
