I need a new monitor to replace my current one

Thread Starter
Hi there

I currently have an LG Flatron W2361V (let's call it Monitor #1) and a LG Flatron W2242T (call this one Monitor 2). So monitor 1's stand has pretty much had it, it wobbles so much and it cannot be adjusted any more (probably snapped somewhere) and monitor 2 is fine as a secondary monitor.

So basically I have about £300 ($451.133 USD as of May 28th 2013) to replace monitor 1 and possibly get a 2nd one further on down the line to replace monitor 2. I would like the resolution to be at least 1080p but I'm happy to go higher. I've been looking at Dell monitors but they are quite expensive! My normal brand for monitors is LG, I've only ever had LG monitors (and 1 Dell monitor years and years ago) but I'm happy to try other well-known brands with a decent RMA process from the UK.

Can anyone help me? smile.gif

Update: I'll be willing to spend a bit more IF the monitor is superb.

Another Update: I need either HDMI and DVI ports or 2 HDMI ports because I like to use my monitor for my consoles and laptop as well.
