I didn't have this issue in the past, only with the past few Catalyst drivers. Is this what was supposed to be fixed or is this a different issue?

How do you install this update? I downloaded from the website and ran the installer, but it said that my Display Drivers are already up to date. I opened up GPU-Z after the installer finished and it says that I have Catalyst 13.3 atiumdag 12.100.17.0.

How do I install this properly?

For all those with hdmi audio issues I use to suffer with these but after a complete uninstall following this guide: http://www.overclock.net/t/988215/how-to-properly-uninstall-ati-amd-software-drivers-for-graphics-cards
and installing 13.6 I don't seem to have any more problems

Where did you download it from? If you're downloading 13.3 i am not surprised.

What cpu and motherboard do you have? As long as you have all Intel, and you're running Windows 7, you can do what I do:

1. Uninstall Catalyst and CAP in control panel's Add and Remove Programs.
2. Reboot
3. Uninstall your display adapter(s) under Device Manager
4. Reboot
5. Download and Run the "AMD Uninstall utility."
6. Reboot
7. Install new Catalyst drivers

Done.

Sadly, if you have an AMD motherboard and CPU, or you're running Windows 8, the process is much more complicated...

I just want to report that Metro Last Light works(for me, I don't know about the rest) much better with this driver , it's much smoother and increased my fps by a little.
Thanks.

I have an Intel CPU but I'm running Windows Vista 64. Will that cause an issue?

That's fine -- just follow the steps I listed above.

Here's a link to the AMD Catalyst Un-install Utility I mentioned in Step 5:
http://sites.amd.com/us/game/downloads/Pages/catalyst-uninstall-utility.aspx

I would, however, HIGHLY recommend upgrading to Windows7 x64 as soon as possible... Windows Vista is terrible!
