Hello,
I Have seagate external hard drive. It can contain up to 700gb. The problem is it doesn't work. I can save files on it but the thing is when i try to move a folder to it, it says not enough disk space when there is still over 75%. ANy suggestions?

does your computer see the drive as a 700gb. go to control panel>administrative tools>computer management>disk management and find ur hard drive is it formatted correctly. also if u dont have windows sp2 i think that limits you to 130 gb.

What is with the HDD questions in the INTEL forum? This is the 2nd one is recent days...

That is a very odd problem. I would contact Seagate technical support, unless this is just a Seagate drive that you put into an external case. If that is the situation, then perhaps the case you bought doesn't support 48-bit LBAs.
