Is this power supply worth considering?

Thread Starter
I've been trying to find information on the Kingwin ABT-750MM power supply. For a 750W power supply, it has a relatively low and appealing price of $59.99 with a $10 mail-in rebate available. Can anyone advise as to whether this power supply is good or not? Thanks.

The mere fact that it has a physical 115v/230v switch on it means that said model is terribly outdated and inefficient. Avoid at all costs.

A good 750w PSU that isn't terribly expensive would be the Rosewill Capstone, which is $100 shipped.

The only Kingwin PSU review I could find was for this 450W unit, which was found to be adequate (met specs, didn't blow up). But it's not always safe to assume that other models of the same brand will perform the same or even be made by the same company:

I got evga nex750b for $88 from amazon, with free shipping
i think it's like 95 from newegg
you'll love it, it's modular (half) and comes with great warranty.

Quite honestly, I would not recommend the EVGA Supernova NEX750B. It's based on a rather poor FSP Raider unit, that had shown to have rather atrocious electrical performance...
Here's two reviews on it:

I would rather get the CWT PUQ-B based Thermaltake Smart 750w that's on sale for $91.99 after promo or $71.99 if you would deal with the rebates or make an effort to get the Capstone unit, TBH. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817153157

I have the Thermaltake SMART M850 and it does the job quite well and is semi modular, but a little more expensive than the smart 750
